oh. bosch symphony fan fare? actually i had started a thread regarding some of my purchases a few days(or months?) back. actually i had told my bro who works for bosch to get these horns for me(2 pairs). he has brought it. but still i have not met him to collect them. anyways akash be careful enough to see that water does not enter into these horns. BTW what was the cost? please post some pics if possible.
I didnt know the name, but it sounds like one on skoda cars.
I got them at Rs.875. Regarding the positioning the have been placed well and no chance of flooding thanks to the slot position in City.
As for pics the horns are not quite visible also i am back to college and the cars with dad.

Oh?but the mrp is somewhere around 750(printed) for a set(2 horns). The remaining amount is fitting charge(in addition to horns wiring was redone for strobe lights).
@sriharsha- But even hella(dual) is not available at the price quoted by you. It costs 700bucks(mrp) for dual horns here.

Yes, i too think so. But looks like prices in nagpur are on a higher side. You wont get a branded horn at rs.400/-. Also i got my indigos spoiler from Chennai and it costed me rs.1000 while here even the after market ones costed 2000+. I dont remember the area, i just remember that i stayed in a hotel on punnamali road.
Btw sorry for wrong info, but my horns are not skoda type. They sound similar to ones on New City.

Quite frankly, I love your Alto. I like it more than your Honda. Honda shows a calm composed image while the Alto has its signature Lets Go! attitude.

Thanks Dhaya and Arun. I havent gone for any major mod for City since it is used by my dad. Once he hands it over to me, even City would be a head turner.

Well, i will definately go for bodykits followed by some aftermarket alloys. Initially i thought of changing its body color to white, but i came to know that for that one must get the RC book updated, so dropped that idea.
As of now, i just have plans to spend good amounts on my rides, as soon as i start earning myself(i dont want to be dependent on my dad for vitm).
But i am not sure whether my mom will let City and Alto remain with us for long, since she wants to replace both the cars with ones which have Airbags and ABS equipped.

@cooldhaya- And needless to say, i will trouble you guys for mods n all as i wish to settle(atleast for some years) in chennai.

Even i feel you cannot do great mods in this color!

BTW why am not modifying my Verna too is the same reason like you , i don want to depend entirely on my dad for all mods!

So the new car will be?

You are welcome to Chennai Akash![cheers]

We have had a thread on same here. Now I doubt whether it is compulsory to notify RTO because your car is mainly identified by unique registration number, not only the color. But white will anyways not look good, IMHO. You can rather consider black, just incase you plan to.

@350Z- If you remember you had posted a pic of a modded white Honda City on pg2. I was bowled over by its looks. Regarding black i agree its one of the best colour, but requires a lot of cleaning which is quite a tough job for a lazy guy like me.
@cooldhaya- i dont know friend, nothings planned, even dad loves city too much. And to be honest, i dont want to part with any of my 2 rides. Its painful.
