Hello Ajay, thanks for giving some relaxing Info. One more query, I am planning to go on a highway of App. 400 Kms first time. What measures, accessories and precautions should i opt for.
If its as new car make sure you run it in. Do not go over 90kmph for the first 1000 kms. Make sure you listen to your cars response and give it a 10 min halt whenever required.

I could say keep it below 80 to get good FE , if you are not in hurry then above 60 but below 80 will give you very good FE figures in 5th Gear , Try to drive car in Eco Mode . Car Picks up speed very fast and can touch 120 without you even realising it so be watchful .
Hi, thanks for the info, but the issue is something like if you give more accelerator than required for the gear than high acceleration sound arises and the car speeds up quickly, this is normal with every car but once you remove the foot from the accelerator and change the gear to the higher one than the acceleration sound should be vanished quickly till the next time you press the accelerator again, but in this case the acceleration sound take some micro seconds to come down between the gear switching.
The case is when you intended to run the car fast by quickly changing the gear.
are you are saying that there is lag after the gear has been changed ? I advise you to take another Brio for spin May be a TD vehicle and observe it , if you are not finding any lag then complain it directly to Honda
Looks like he meant same. My Brio has covered 5k kms and the same "vroooooom" sound I am loving it as I don't care about Mileage anymore and it touches 155kmph with ease and most important part it stays stable. In b/w I have achieved max FE of 26kmpl on highways with the sedate driving of 70 to 80.
My First highway drive fecthed 20.4kmpl and that time I use to struggle to keep it on most talked ECO mode. Now, the light glows all the time in the city drive
And that Vroooooooom. I simply love that. But if you do it frequently, it loads the mill and FE will be a serious concern. So have to avoid it most of the times
My Brio Insurance is due for renewable in next month. The current insurance is from Honda Assure (ICICI Lombard General Insurance) and in last year I claimed once. During the claim process I have to follow-up with ICICI Lombard guys right from inspection till billing stage. During billing and settlement they goofed up so I have to again follow-up with them for correction. So in total I did not find any great advantage of so called “Honda Assure”. Now I am thinking of exploring other insurance provider as they appear to be cheaper compared to Honda Assure. Did any of you have insured your car from non-Honda Assure insurance company? If so how is experience of claim settlement (if any)? And which insurance company is best in-terms of claim settlement? This time too I would be going for zero-dep package.
It was shocking to here your experience with Honda Assure , i have to admit i have never claimed Insurance in my whole life so no experience in which insurance companies are good in claim departments , When my Insurance is up next March i will take Quote from every one to see the difference , I have seen some old car owners carrying fake Insurance papers just to avoid cops .
