I saw this car now lying in their stock yard, in same condition. [frustration]

Does that mean, they moved it from Showroom premises to the adjacent yard, driving with a flat tyre? [shock][angry]
Maybe the filled air with a portable device for the time being and it deflated after some time. Don't think they would risk ruining the rubber.

O
Also the right side skirt has become loose within 2 weeks of buying the new car.
Can you please post pic of the skirt
As per your profile you own a Honda city, so your this post is about City or mobilio?
How much did the first servicing cost you?
Front bumper hits every sharp dip scaring other road goers.
Can you please elaborate on this?
I was thanking myself for not buying the Safari Storme
.
What the storme has to do with Mobilio purchase?
Can someone point me to a list of documents to collect from the dealer for a car bought with a bank loan?
Temporary regn certificate
Original cash receipts
Warranty booklet, Free servicing coupons.
Owner's manuals.
Original insurance certificate.
And I'm still unable to register on the Honda website as my VIN number is invalid, sales guys gave me rot.
This is something like TATAS 3 years back.

Few questions to all :
1)How much are the rear AC vents important? Me feels they help in quick cooling, without them rear cooling will be delayed by 5 to 10 minutes, there after cooling & comfort would be same in both models, am I right?
Most of the time, my rear most seats would be unoccupied, we go for. long family trips 4 times in a year, and in that case rearmost seats would be occupied by my kids only. So do I need to go for version with rear AC vents?

2)When did Honda added RS version in the mobilio stable.?

3)What is RS exclusive front & rear bumper?

4)On the brochure, & as per SE, all Mobilio versions come with single lip chrome grill on front, but on net I have seen split lip grill, why so?
And is it possible to install the split lip grill after market?

5)SE told me that in SMT, at dealer level, I can fit Caska touchscreen ICE cum reverse cam @40k INR in lieu of OE 2 din HU (@5K INR buy back value:eek:), Is he talking about the same touch screen ICE which is available in Top end mobilio?

6)Is it possible to install aftermarket power foldable or power adjustable ORVMS after market?
7) is there any Mobilio ownership thread going on here on TAI?

Few questions to all :
1)How much are the rear AC vents important?
If you're traveling with 7 people, Rear AC makes difference. Otherwise, not so essential.

2.When did Honda added RS version in the mobilio stable.?
It was launched in September last year, 2 months after Mobilio launched.

3)What is RS exclusive front & rear bumper?
It has different design bumpers, the one in the 2nd picture(Maroon) is the RS version with different Grille & Bumper compared to regular version. The regular one gets single piece grille, while RS has split grille.

5)SE told me that in SMT, at dealer level, I can fit Caska touchscreen ICE cum reverse cam @40k INR in lieu of OE 2 din HU
The Caska units are different compared to the one on the top end versions. Ask the SA to show the piece or image of that Caska HU.

6)Is it possible to install aftermarket power foldable or power adjustable ORVMS after market?
Nope, it cannot be done aftermarket.

I am going to visit the showroom soon, will post pic of the Caska unit.

Mefeels,A buyer with Rs 10 L to 13 L budget is most confused buyer in India these days, you get compact SUVs, mini SUVs, MUVs, Base versions of SUVs, premium sedans in this budget, and most of the buyers with this budget have at least one car in their garage beforehand. The confusion is such that one of my friend with 10 to 12 L budget ended up buying a preowned Mercedes Benz.
Honda mobilio offers best all in one package amongst these available options IMO, for Indian conditions on following fronts.
1)Power
2)Ground clearance
3)Price
4)Suspension
5)Ride, (car like)
6)Handling
7)Comfort :Few members say that Mobilio seats are thin and knees of person seating on middle seat can be felt at the back of the person seating on front seat. But practically, this problem occurs only if both front & both middle seat passengers are 6 + feet tall which is a rarity in Indian families. But this drawback is a valid concern in case of taxi operator.
8)ASS,
9)Brand image,
10)Safety features,
11)Flexibility in use pattern(5 , 5+1/2, 5 +1/2+1/2), On this thread, I see many members complaining about comfort at rearmost seats for adults as if Indian families are constitutes only adults & no children. Practically & usually if not always , a family of seven, one can see 1 or 2 kids. And rearmost seat is more than enough for kids. And comfort for adults on rear seat is valid issue in case of taxi operators.
12)Resale value.
13)Fuel efficiency.
Overall, if a car is disliked by the Taxi operators and liked by families, what's the problem?

@Tornado; I own a 2008 NHC and have now bought a Mobilio RS. I have stuck the side skirt back with double sided tape as the SA was planning to use super glue to fix it. The front approach angle is very poor. When the front tires go into a dip, the front bumper's lip scrapes the road. This makes an ugly sound that startles others around. And my dream was to buy a Storme, but family vetoed and had to buy a Mobilio. First 3 services are free at 1k, 5k and 10k.
Rear AC vent is important if you need 3rd row seating. The red car is the RS and the gold is the regular one. Regular one doesn't scrape the bumper.

Here are the pics of the Caska touch screen HU. available as accessory for mobilio base 2 versions .
@wildasdi, is it the same which is provided OE with RS?

Also, got to know that Honda offers alloy wheels set @37000,and wood finish for dash & doors @17000Rs.
@wildasdi, did your RS came with wood finish dash & doors?

My stereo is the same as the one in Brio, the Mitsubishi stereo. Quite good. I was offered blaupunkt San Diego and bumper camera for ₹36000/-, but I declined. Alloy wheels (diamond cut) and wood vinyl are standard. Also standard in the RS are auto locking doors at 20 Kmph and auto retracting ORVMs. Carpet is beige too. Front windscreen is supposed to be UV resistant. These are the differences that I remember compared to lower versions. I felt that the RS is the best value for money. RSO comes with camera and ? Touch screen stereo.

Which other vehicle you are talking about?
My friends used to compare it with i20 AC[frustration]

If I turn on both the AC (front&middle) than also cooling is not upto the mark. During my last service honda engineer even refill the AC gas[lol] But still its on lower side. [frustration]

It was bound to fail. That horrendous pricing and interior. I am sure many people must have avoided this car because of the front look and the interiors.
