Congrats dude. The car looks hot with those alloys.
[:)]

Can you post the complete side profile of the car. I am still trying to imagine blue car with black alloys.
Sure, was little busy with some other works.

Have you upsized the tyres too ?? they look wider and better
Yes !! From 175-65-14 to 205-50-15 [:D]

What was the buyback on the stock alloys ?
I didn't sold those OEM alloys.

And where to procure the number plate holder and at what cost ?
Got it from Pete's Smartzone, Trivandrum. It costs 700 rs. You will get cheap ones from any number plate fixing shops starting from 300 .
You might think why it cost that much ? Refer here : Wurth Number Plate Holder

The text on your number plate is lower than it should be after installing the holder. ( observe from a little distance ) . See if you can correct this .
Actually that's how it is , Speedex number plates are of this kind.

Wow!Vishnu, she looks hot with black alloys. Can you post the side profile pic please?
Coming soon !!

Thanks Vishnu for your modding tutorials. Did the front grill mod on my new Amaze and pretty happy with the results.
Followed the same steps and used M Seal to fix it along with black small single wire at center for additional support.
Happy to hear that it helped you !

Also got set of alloys( Star racing wheels). Don't know if the brand is good.
Attaching pics.

Great looking . the blue black combo looks very sporty. The original aloud alloys were very simple for this color.

Are you planning to sell the OEM alloys. I can consider buying them.

What Is this speedex number plate, I have read about this on some other thread too. Due to unsymmetry the previous number plates were looking better. If you want you can change these plates to ones which fit symmetrically in the holder. then only I think the number plate holder will look better than the original setup.
Just a suggestion from my side.

Speedex is a kind of number plate in which the fonts have been placed low like in this pic. Trust me it will look better with the next mod [;)]

Got it off rediffshoping for some 750/- ( if I remember correctly). Those are just chrome coloured plastic cover which is only noticeable if you inspect closely. [evil]
The cover is contoured exactly for Amaze handles.

Its the stock tyres. Good year ones. Have noticed the car gets really dirty in rains if its anything wider than 185, though I was really hoping to get 195/60 R14. Even with the new alloy set, my 175 is doing nasty job in pulling dirts to the doors and mirrors. [frustration]

Thanks. [:)]

KILLER Looks. Another nice DIY, I think even I should consider a DIY i.e replacing your Amaze with my Brio So, that you can implant your creativity on my Brio too
Thankyou. Haha that would be real fun[;)]

Well, come on! That is just a part of the cycle. You wash and again it gets dirty. I don't find any difficulty in doing so. [:)]

Dude, that looks incredible [clap]

Many Congrats [cheers]
How was driving pleasure, and any impact on mileage ? after tyre upgrade, please detail us your experience, I'm eager to know more.
Stability has increased to a great extent and handling too.
There should be around 1-1.5 kmpl drop in mileage. Will update once i got a more accurate reading.[:)]
