From the day of Delivery itself, I was having a problem of Headlights getting Mist after a short drive . I actually didn't noticed it at the time of Delivery and hence, on my first service i told the SVC guys on this problem and they told me they'll try sealing it up and if it still persist's, you can go for a warranty claim.

Both headlight's were having the same Mist issue , and the left headlight was working perfectly after the SVC guys sealing it up , and the right Headlight still was accumulating mist inside it.

On my recent trip , as it was fully escorted by heavy rain's the situation got even worse , and the right Headlamp was full of mist and amount of water seeped in started to increase, and concluded to come asap to the SVC to change my headlight when am back... !

When i spotted this for the first time, i managed to click some few snaps of mist accumulated inside the headlight , so that I've got a proof to the SVC people .

When i finally got some free time, just went to SVC to inquire about the warranty process. Luckily mist was still found inside the headlights during my time of visit, and I went to the service executive, explained the details and he said, if the part is available right now, they can change it if i have some time to wait.I was like What?[shock]I was expecting a series of fight with the SVC guys just to change my Headlight's and was prepared for that[evil]Luckily, there wasn't a need for that. The whole process just worked like a charm. The service executive was a nice guy and helped really well through out the process.

Hi buddies,
I have a doubt to ask experts..i am not able to slot the 1 st gear in my amaze diesel unless it fully comes to an halt. It is a pain especially when you think the running speed is too low for the 2nd gear.

Rahul,

I am not a expert here, but doesn't this usually happens in other cars as well?

I usually do not shift down to 1st gear when the car is in motion even at low speed. The gear box will provide some resistance.

Other experts can comment.

What happens when you downshift to second gear at such low speed?

yes, 2nd gear has plenty of torque to pull from standstill, and at times i do so [:D]
