Yes.They are worth.They add few BHP and torque that is secret recipe for racer or performance enthusiast.please use a good quality engine oil with excellent cleaning property.small dust and debries get cleaned and later deposite in the engine oil filter.It is good idea to replace oil filter around 5-6K post fresh engine oil change.minor top up maybe needed.I would suggest to try out synthetic engine oil from Mobil or Shell.

If you are looking for bhp increase the first step is to change the air filter to High flow air filter literally I am shocked to see the difference on my zen.
