you have hid on stock (swift) reflectors right,so would you recommend the same or is bolt on projectors better than stock reflectors

how is performance of your set up good or adequate?how about highway driving

any problems regarding focus of stock reflectors with hid?how is the light outpud comparable to 100 watt halo?

Yes I do have H4 bixenon HIDs on stock reflector of my DZire. I would recommend you to go for bolt on projectors; if budget is not an problem and if you can source out.
The performance is much better than the stock halogen bulbs.
Yes there was a focusing problem with my headlights earlier also before hids but with hids its same; so in short no focusing problems after hids; but do adjust according to your needs.
The light output is 100times better than halogens.

do u know , how can we install drl lights on fluidic verna.i saw a picture on internet in which it was company fitted.how can we get this type of fitting in india or there is some other soluton.

Guys,i have done with 6000k hid kit of osram in my fluidic verna. Now the prblm is this the fog lamps look dull. I also want an hid kit for them. Its specification is H27. I went to a dealer and he showed me hid kit of P8 for 7k and was saying that osram and p8 are one and the same thing. I am confused guys. Pls do help me on this.i checked on EBAY and the same 6000k P8 kit is available there for 6k. Do both the brands are same or the dealer is lieing.

The dealer is possibly lying. Osram and P8 are not the same company. Hope fully they come from the same factory in different packing.

no no,the dealer is saying that both brands acquire hid's from same company somewhere from tiawan.does anybody knows hwos the quality of P8.

whats the difference between a normal setup and quad setup? does it seperate hi and low beams?

Also can oly one be red eyed while the other lights up! eg: the high beam remains 'terminatored' while the low beam is on?

quad setup means four of them

I guess you can adjust the focus point to low or hi depending on the needs

When I setup low beam headlamps HID lights I terminate the High beam on it just because in australia High beam is not allowed* (only on the freeways) when there is no one coming from the other side (200Ms)

Cars here have low and high beam reflectors separate anyways

the difference beween a normal or quad setup depends upon which car you have and what time of light setup does it come with

in this setup the original came with only one bulb for high and low both

we have made to work in such a way that one projector works as low+high beam and the other projector works only on high beams

and as per your second question that is exactly how this honda has been setup

when the low beam is on the the other projector which has high beam has the angel ring (white) + the devils eye (red) only

can this be done on a swift???
I have a 4 year old swift, has been bone stock till date, but now i am planning to spruce it up again, the first step was replacing the jk to A drives which is done. Now budgeting for more. Also can you post what kind of costs are involved for the same so i could decide the priority in my list of things to do with the car.

Isnt that illegal? RED devil eyes
