July 2019: Continued

Car goes back to service. Ordered seat belt arrived and they called promptly. Installed seat belt and did silencer welding.

Bill:
RH Seatbelt - 84901M67K00-BHE - ₹ 834.00
Silencer Welding - ₹ 650.00
RH Seatbelt Replacement - ₹ 250.00
Total: ₹ 1734.00

Workshop shuttle. Gave Fiesta and took Estilo.

Belt comes as a set.

Old one. Edge was torn and gets stuck when that part goes inside the reel. Fixed by burning the edge, but was irritating when that part touches the neck.

Made by Autoliv. OEM part.

Removed buckel holder as it was moving freely, but fixed firmly.

They missed the nylon washer I think.

Added a washer.

Hi, i have the same seat belt issue which you face, tried burning the edges but now scratches my neck.
I was wondering if 84901M67K00-BHE would fit my car, btw it's 2008 WagonR F10D 1.1L

I called up many dealers but no one got the part in stock, do you happen to know anyone who would have this in stock?

Also i binge read your 21pg forum of hells angel, very interesting

Yes, it is compatible with first gen Wagon R. Check with 84901M67K00 omitting the last 3 digits. They denote the colour. BHE is black. ED3 is grey. Estilo's was supposed to be ED3. Belt assembly looks similar in many other models like Celerio on a quick side-by-side check on Boodmo, might fit. I presume the difference is with the buckle ('s clamp). Please confirm with some garage.
