Anybody had done registration of new or old car without agents in Bangalore? All my car registrations was a mess,till I came to know about a relative of the RTO. I did my last car registration without paying bribe, but I had an undue advantage of a friend.Sadly, the car dealer had not given me my tax paid receipt. The temporary registration was done by the dealer and he gave only temporary reg papers. When I went for permanent registration, nothing was asked.
