[surprise] My bad. Unfortunately I don't have the tracking number with me. It was shipped through Professional Courier from Tirupur somewhere around New Year. When I tracked the shipping a couple of day later, status was "In-Transit @ B'lore"
Would the courier office be able to provide you with the tracking # based on dispatchers/senders address as means of identification? In this way we can trace it, if it's sitting down somewhere....

Update after a short gap
After switching the drive ratio from RXG spec to RX135 4S spec there was some improvement towards the jerking issue, but after a couple of weeks the bike started jerking as usual (sometimes worst than previous condition) I stopped using this bike for week days as I had alternates. This weekend we (myself and Mechanic) had some leisure time and we planned to roll back to stock spec.

The worst thing I did was, once I switched to RX135 sprockets, I gifted the RXG sprockets (15x37) to my friend who couldn't find the OE RXG sprockets. Last evening I tried almost all possible sources to get RXG sprockets but with least success. Started looking for the alternates

sprocket.jpg

- Next possible combination from RX series is 15x38 from RX135 5s, but this will increase the ratio by 2.70%
- If we go with 16x39 combination, ratio will be reduced by 1.54% but the pain is no stock RX series chain can match this combination. Either we should increase the length or go for chain from other bikes. This option was put as "Wait list"
- Went to spare parts dealer, asked him to take out all sprockets less than 15T and finally found Bajaj Discover sprocket with 14T could fit in RX
- 14x34 will reduce the ratio by 1.18% which is the best possible solution until I find the RXG sprockets

Things done,
- Changed the primary drive back to RXG spec
- Inner sprocket changed (14x34)

Driven around 50km and there is a noticeable improvement towards Jerk issue. I wish this shouldn't roll back. Couldn't find any change in acceleration / performance. Overall I'm happy with the current condition.

Hi Satish,

I want to apologize! I checked with my folks in Goa and apparently my brother had no clue about this.
After speaking to my grandmother, she now recollects that she had signed for the package and it was indeed received, albeit she doesn't remember where she has placed it.[:)] But at least I know that it is at home, thank you once again for sending this across.

Once again, thank you very much and I apologize for the confusion.

Rgds,

Daryl

Nice work Mr.Boss as well as Nice Pic it made me drool and took me down the memory lane of our college days. A few of my friends who could afford coming in two wheeler to the college used to come in these bikes and we used to roam around with them. Nice times, now everyone is busy in their own world.

Had a worst evening yesterday but fortunately out of busy hours and very near my mechanic garage. Side lock got stuck and couldn't insert the key inside. Tried all possible solutions but later we found the outer aluminium shell was broken[frustration]. Removed them and got a new lock set (Set of 4)

Hi Mr.boss
How much did it cost to paint the bike fully stripped down??
I am having an rx100 needs a paint job badly.
Proper painting will cost upwards of 8k INR in Chennai. There are people doing it for 5k as well (not sure about the quality though)
