Boss,
Restoring an used bike is a pleasure. Btw, how much did they charge for Sand blasting the frame? And where did you manage to get the parts in Chennai.

Not sure about the cost for sand blasting, it is inclusive of the painting charge.
And for the parts, most of the genuine parts are available with "Chennai Two Wheelers"- Tambaram and Two Wheeler India - GP Road

Experts, need your advice. (please don't kick me after reading this question)

I wish to increase the acceleration without compromising the top speed.
Calculator inside my mind said go with RX100 sprocket (15/39 instead of stock RXG spec 15/37) This increases the drive ration by 5.43%
Now the calculator made some stupid calculations and said chain the 4th gear ratio same as 5th gear in 5 speed GB spec (22/24 instead of 23/23)

Will this workout?
Do share the details of you made these changes you were planning for?
Awaiting for the final outcome and pictures.

WOW. The Bikes are awesome, especially the blue one.
So, 9k purchase + 12.5k parts and how much did you pay for labour?
12.5k parts list what ever you see is just one part.
Rims, spokes, battery, tank + shield, etc etc were not mentioned here.

Not paid the labour yet (for both the bikes)

Beautiful and the Best Restoration done on an RX 135 Mr,Boss. Are you planning any Performance mods ?? Thank you
Thanks. No plan for performance upgrade, what as stock as much as possible. Right now using a 15x39 sprockets instead of 15x37 and smoking out all the other bikes (including other RX100s) in signals [:D]

Couple of non-OE visible parts were the DCM Toyota headlamp reflector and Minda twin horns, otherwise it is 100% stock [:)]
