Sadly, as per my knowledge ford has supplier developer dept but doesn't have good PR dept. Even ford's in western countries have this issue and company is reluctant to solve it.

Every auto-maker Once they sell the car, they are not bothered about it anymore. You just have to hope that SA takes care of your car as his own.

New low - ford guy said i never raised point of nvh

How low they can go is proved by This video.

In this video, see how Vincent From FORD Lying that I never raised point of Vibrations. You cannot deal with CROOKS and CHEAP GUYS. GM MUTHWANI was standing like a mute spectator.

What was strange, with IDS connected, RPM were lowered to 850 and rare RPM shift.
After they took it out and I had driven it was back. I asked them to reset PCM they refused.

I was ready to pay for it. These guys are SICK, LIARs...

Why the hell did they refuse [confused]. Reseting PCM is a 20 min job. Even they should suggest reflash your PCM. Normally no one will refuse this unless it may reveal something bad, try to dig into this.

I think it's the problem with dealerships in your city . Try finding out a very good dealer based on reviews somewhere nearby and take your car there and ask them to rectify the issues .

I have video of same as well. These guys refused because during IDS testing they did something wrong. Definitely something wrong.

Seems as I escalated the matter to SM in US, they will not resolve as else it will prove nexus with Harpreet Ford. Other guy said there is an issue with the car.

He will need permission from FORD to change parts. I had told him about horror story. My bad. SHould have kept mum.

I have read somewhere in the same forum that raising negative opinion on ford Facebook page will get you quicker response from ford team . I think it was a ford Figo owner who was fed up of all these hence , wrote directly on ford fb page and got his cars problems rectified .

They are blocking me . Infact blocked me so no more an options.

FORever Defective: FORD CHEAPNESS EXPOSED

In my last visit, GM & Engineer refused to open car hood. That indicated that they wanted to harass us. We visited another dealership unfortunately, Ford Engineer was already there and thus car was not repaired. Earlier same guy said car got issues.

A week later, we visited another NEW DEALERSHIP. Their system was yet to go online with Ford India.

They agreed to change parts and accept car has issues. They were shocked that Harpreet Ford and Ford Engineer could not identify the same.

They changed Mounts(2) & a Fan Assembly. Vibrations are greatly gone.

they suggested to change AC Comp as well. As with AC on, car has NVH levels and hits the ears.

However, 2 weeks later they are now refusing to change it saying all is fine.

Seems again Ford India stopped them. THEY ARE CHASING ME. WHAT A SCAM.

WHO IN INDUSTRY REFUSE TO OPEN A HOOD??

I somehow missed the thread earlier,I have a 8 year old figo which has done above a lakh kms.some amount of vibrations,rpm fluctuations and high nvh were there in my car as well but that didn't make the car undrivable or unreliable.it was a hoot to drive on the first test-drive & it's same even now

Well it had defective parts and for 3 years they kept on denying. Even refused to open hood. New Dealership was visited by us and he changed parts.

Vibrations were even felt in rear passenger foot as well. Obvious things were ignored just because we complained against Harpreet Ford. To safeguard them all this scam was done
