BTW,you may be knowing that I don't believe the fact I haven't observed. And sorry to say sirji, but I just find this perfume spoiling A/C vents point just a crap(That was the reason I was asking for remedy).
My Innova used to get it done on the vents on every drive but they were okay.Same is with Laura and Corolla too.But i am yet to find any such issues..not even a single mark on the vents, while every morning a drop or two are dropped on them.

Vibhor what's the mileage that you are getting and are you satisfied with your white beauty's performance so far?

Sorry. I know I have paused the updates in this thread from a while now. The car is approaching the second service next month. I have also added a couple of accessories. I will update this thread with a complete six-month ownership review answering all the queries soon.

Fiesta now wears a set of new seat covers from Autoform (http://www.theautomotiveindia.com/f...options-ford-fiesta-classic-3.html#post173617). Also bought Gear lock from Autocop @ Rs.850. Next add-ons in the list: Anti-Rust Treatment, Spoiler, GPS (Garmin Nuvi 40), Scuff Plates and Sunfilms too if Honorable Supreme Court decides to revert the decision in future.

Ford Fiesta Classic Scuff Plates. Price Rs.1,279

Hey 350Z; the seat covers looks awesome! I liked the design and the colour combination too. BTW how much did you paid for them? I am also thinking to get these skinfit seat covers for my Fluidic. Most probably dark brown(dash board colour) with light beige stripes (interior).

Hi Vibhor,

Nice sear covers there man. I would like to put something like that. Any pointers here in chennai would be helpful.

I am not sure whether all service centers will have the scuff plates and spoilers. Do have a check. [:)]

The brand in Autoform. I don’t have idea about their dealers in Chennai. But a quick Google search might help or drop them a mail: marketing@autoformindia.com.

Dealer can source it. Major concern with spoiler is about drilling the holes on boot. I don’t want to mess much with a new car. A clip on kind spoiler would be better.

Thanks for the info mate. I'll have a look.

I checked for scuff plates couple of months back with a dealer near by and they said they don't have it and I have to go all the way to a particular service center which is a main source for all accessories.

I got the contact details of one accessories guy and and rang him. The shocking and surprising thing is that guy has the 1.6 S kit ready. [surprise]
Not sure whether is having them now. It costed 27K[:)]

Is it possible to clip the spoilers in sedans???? i have seen such kind in hatches.

Yes, that kind of spoiler is possible on the sedans (at least on Fiesta). I want to get the “S” type but not sure whether that comes as a clip on variant or not. Is it advisable to drill the holes on the boot for an aftermarket spoiler fitment? Personally I’m not at all in favour of it.

Hi Vibhor,

Even i am not sure whether the S type spoiler has the feature of Cliping.

I am also not favoring drilling holes for after market spoiler as its not good for long run. The exception is if it's done in factory itself with standard spoiler.

Yes, Clip type spoilers can be fitted on sedans too! II had the same on my Tata Indigo (Now Sold). Initially i had the spoiler drill fitted on the boot, but that led to minor cracks which was duely changed under warranty.

Attaching a pic for reference.

PS: If you want the Fiesta "S" type spoiler, then drilling is the only way out!

Can you share an image so that I can get an idea how it is clipped? Ford India’s website states that the spoiler comes with “integrated studs and lock nuts” for fixing.
