Hi Naveen,
As both Ecosport and New Fiesta have the same steering wheel,is it possible to recalibrate the Ecosport steering as a New Fiesta?
Regards,
Aneesh.

Thanks a lot. Sold the Vento a year back and got the Verna AT. Verna is rarely used and also mostly by my dad.

Update:

Now I know why people say MRF tyres are bad. Went over a slab and the side wall cracked. It was just a small touch and it cracked. This is not the first time. Have taken this route N number of times and my Swift showed no problems.

To guys taking delivery of the ecosport, Please change to some other brand. MRF is PATHETIC!

Excellent write up, complemented with fantastic eyes behind the lens. Wish you miles of joyful time, with your new acquisition. [:)]
The 500mm factor does make a lot of difference on Kerala roads, especially in June-August. Isn't it?
BTW, time to edit your signature, I guess.[:)]

Thanks a lot. Yes, High GC makes a difference. Yes, time to update my signature.

I shall see how much they can offer for the stock tyres. If the price is good only I shall go for complete replacement. Else, I shall buy a new tyre to replace the damaged tyre. Since it's not advisable to use multi brands, I shall stick with MRF. If I change the complete set, I shall go with Yoko.

Wow that is quite surprising for a new tyre. Had heard that MRF's ain't that great, but this is beyond acceptance. Have you tried contacting the dealership people for replacement under warranty? I guess there is no warranty on tyres per se, but what if they crack down within the first 1000kms itself. Worth a shot maybe.

I did ask the SE. No warranty and I will have to bear the expenses.

If price is not a stint for you, go for Michelins. They are the BEST [:D]
