I have used the witson in my polo for about 6 months and it worked very well. I used it with mmi and it was great, it fitted directly with the original connectors so no alterations were necessary. I sold the polo last week and bought an ertiga I am going to try and fit it, if it does not fit I will sell it off. This is one with the 8" screen.

In between you mentioned about the stereo of the Punto which does not have a USB. I think the Punto/Linea came with only one option of HU and that one had the USB in the glove compartment.

Actually I have a cousin who does imports and exports in HK and he ordered it for me I am a bit reluctant to order direct from China he then couriered it to me totally it came to 24k with customs duty.

24k with customs duty isn't a bad price bro. So if you are willing to sell off your witson unit, how much are you expecting?

And why did you sell out your polo? How do you feel going from VW to Maruti?

We recently got a golden retriever (a big dog) and found the polo therefore not large enough for long trips. I am going to check if the witson can fit in the Ertiga when I get back to Bombay I am in Goa for the holidays, if I cannot I will put it up for sale.

Ohh interesting. That must have hurt your polo.

I think the witson unit will fit in your Ertiga too considering two din sizes are standard on most of the cars.
