-Where is the dent located? If on bumper best get it done outside.
-If scratches are small on the bonnet then rubbing & polish will clear the problem,please dont get a re paint for such little prob as i can assure you Punto repaint jobs from company here in Bangalore is not satisfactory always.

Thanks Prads for your Suggestion, I will give it a thought before repaint.
The dent is above the front left wheel.

Tomorrow going KHT motors for my FIRST service of PUNTO. Hope to get a good Service from FIAT.

I have done with my First Service of Punto @ KHT motors, Bangalore.
The experience was good. As soon as I reached, got immediate attention. Problems identified, each problem noted very carefully by the Service person. Explained few things which I may take care better. Like exterior and interior glaze, Seat covers. Estimated cost Rs.250. They promised me to give a call @3 and I got a call @ 3:30 and they told me to come down to Service Center @ 4:30 to 5 PM. I reached @ 4:40 Pm and my Punto is shining and ready for fly. Each and every problem resolved perfectly. The service guy explained each problem what has happened and tested/ showed me as demo. I was happy with overall process. The bill came to Rs 300.

Nice to hear that you had good experience with TASS. :-) My first 2 encounter with TASS were really good. But from 3rd one they started screwing up things. and till today my 2 issues are unresolved and am chasing like mad to get it resolved.

Hi Vivek,

Sorry for the late response. They have put the Super Glue for my left rear door which was making some weired sound, that costs Rs.35 and Basic Check up and refill Charges they have put some Rs. 250. One more content mentioned, Service and Labour Charges Rs.0 .

Hi Guys,

I have a bad incident today with my Pintu. My car was parked outside my Home and some dogs fought among themself and suddenly went to my car roof and cut the roof antenna. Tough the Fm is working now, still want to fix it.
Secondly, the dog came down from the rear side of the car and hence the rear wiper only rubber fell down due to the dog's weight. By the time I came near the car, the rubber wiper is missing.

Spoke with KHT motor Fiat service guy, and he is quoting Rs.700 for antenna and Rs. 700 for rear wiper.

Is it worth or can i take some other steps? Please Help me out guys....

Try to get wiper blade from outside automotive shops.

You can get both wiper and antenna from outside at much lower cost. The antenna's are same/similar to other hatches and generally screw in.

Are you sure about the dog? Because seems more like work of small neighbourhood kids.

Read somewhere that Punto Antenna does not fit best so rain water comes inside car through the gap. Are you sure outside antennas works good for Punto?
Wiper blade how much they charge outside?

@Chayan, yes I was looking my car from the 3rd floor and while coming to ground floor, this happened.

I am sorry, but you dont have any other options but you will have to get it repaired.

Unless you want to do some 'jugaad' or DIY.

Today I took my car to KHT Fiat service center. One guy Kuldeep is there and he is mostly looking into Punto cars over there. He checked the FM and suggested me not to chnage it as the antenna is safe, however the upper half part is missing. Clarified on the gap through which water may come inside the car but he checked and told that the cotton is there to soak it and no problem at all.

The rear wiper I had to replace whole thing because only blade can not be replaced for my case. That costs me Rs.690. This is fixed in 2 minutes. Also I have replaced my RVM RH as it was having a crack. That costed Rs.233.
