[embarass] Thanks but I believe i have purchased only single item for each category like polish, wax, windshield washer, shampoo etc or i have over done it? [confused]
Nope, all are essential products. [:)]

Regarding Sonax BSD, can i use it as a spray wax and is it better than proklear SX, sorry for asking again.
Yes of course, most people use it that way. I have shared pros and cons of both products but its hard to say to which one better. Also I haven't compared all the spray waxes sidebyside.

Also, is Sonax extreme glass cleaner nano pro or sonax extreme wheel cleaner or sonax extreme interior cleaner any good, I am thinking to buy one of it with BSD to make the purchase over 1000 and saving on shipping. Please suggest which one to go for
Since you have already bought APC and dressers, Sonax Xtreme Cockpit cleaner matt finish and Sonax Xtreme Wheel Cleaner will only be additional products.

Sonax Xtreme Glass Clear Nano Pro, is a cleaner and water repellent in one. Not sure how good it is. Have to research.

I have precision cut alloy wheels. Don't know what is the shiny part in front made of (stainless steel or chrome), some reviews on amazon said sonax extreme wheel cleaner will dull the stainless steel alloys. Is wheel cleaner really required to fight brake dust etc?
I think its a polished aluminium. Brake dust is mostly caused by disc brakes then drum brakes and it can corrode the aluminium. Also it makes wheels look unattractive. I don't problem with cleaning Brake dust, it goes away easily, even with car shampoo.

Thanks CRACING for quick reply. What can i buy with BSD to save shipping (or buy 2 quantity itself)[embarass]
Any view about SONAX protect and shine, it is available at approx 50% discount. Can I try it later as a sealant over polish instead of using wax . Any advice compared to menzerna or poor boys sealant

I also wanted to buy BSD but couldn't understand which other products are worth to buy. First I thought to buy polishing pad for my rotary but drop it because its flat and may not work well with rotary and I already have two Lake country pads.

As of protect and shine, its too expensive compared to c845 and not a familiar product. Instead of that you can checkout SONAX Polymer Netshield which is also a great product. These products including BSD will give you super hydrophobic and super sleek surface then other products.

Thanks for the reply. I tried googling P&S vs PNS and found that former is from their extreme range and latter is from profiline range. PNS is tried and tested for years and P&S is introduced later for DIY detailing enthusiasts.

Ok so my problem doesn't seem to go away. After the scratch problem which I have to overlook, here comes the mother of all problems. The body cover which I used to cover the car has left blue spots all over the car because of rains. The colour has bleeded and dried in sun over the car. It's like a blue film over the car everywhere incluing bonnet.. where the water has flown in a line, the original Color is there. so where the blue water got a chance to dry it is blue mark. So there are ugly marks of clear silver lines and blue film all over. I tried washing it off with armorall heavy duty wash. I am not sure whether I am able to lighten them or not. Tried megs UP which I got recently using a MF and wipe it off on a small area but no success. I am so much pissed and sad at the same time. what should I do. Should I just wash it and wax it with cleaner wax and leave it in sun for some days. Will the colour evaporate automatically after 4-5 washes. I think it is some dye used in clothes.

Oops, thats a serious problem. Megs UP should have removed it easily but surprisingly it didn't! Try Scratch remover, IPA or even kerosene but don't let it dry, wash the area with plenty of water and shampoo.

If these products doesn't help then blue marks aren't above the paint surface but mixed with the paint. Though I cannot say for sure without seeing it. I hope it goes away with several car washes but just don't wax the car until the paint is perfectly clean and I think sun will only make the issue worst.

I hate these car body covers, they do more harm then good. From where did you get the car cover?

Thanks cracing. I think I am able to fade it a little with washing the whole car. Though it is still evident and I may have made only a small dent in the whole mountain which is in front of me. I hopeit will fade away after several washes. My wife says there is little to no improvement. Then I asked do you see it is purple now instead of blue. She agreed. This is what gives me hope that it is turning and clear away with several washes.
When I said cleaner wax, I meant it to use as to clean spots and film. I read yesterday that cleaner wax is an all in one products that has polishing ability. So it is used as a stain cleaner and protector at the same time. I tried it and I think the spot has faded a little. Same is the case with megs UP. I have nulon cleaner wax. Do you suggest using it on full car. At least it can protect the car from daily dust and weather until the Color is gone and car is ready for detailing
Regarding the cover, I bought is from a local shop and it is the only type of cover it sells. Blue Matt cover it is called. I have used similar cover for my swift in the past but never faced any problem. Found one more instance on team bhp where somebody faced the same situation. Unfortunately the guy has not posted how he solved the problem. Here it is.

Thanks @suryaputhra for the advice on car cover.
Sorry for the delayed response as i was ill from couple of days. Here are the pics, I don't know how much you can make out from the pictures with reflection.
I took the car to the acr accessory shop where i bought the cover. showed the car to the shopkeeper, he was also shocked to see it. he told me this is the first time i am eeing something like this, there was no complaint about the cover in the past. HE took the covr back and offered me the service to remove the stains by rubbing compound. he said come on a sunnier day and he will get it rubbed. HE also said this stains will fade over time and not in day or 2 if I am not ready for rubbing the full car. He said it may take 1-2 months for the stains to fade away. I am scared to get the full car rubbed with a rubbing compound as it may dull the finish, experts please comment what to do. In pics you may notice stains as the color is more in that area but there is blue/purple sheen all over the car which I can see being an OCD
On the car cover front, he has sold me a new car cover which he claims to be 100% waterproof and far better in quality then the first one. It is 4 times the cost of first one and he has guaranteed of no problem like previous one. I can feel the difference in the fabric quality, belt & buckle quality, has antenna pocket and looks premium than the first one. Lets see how this comes out to be.
Somebody hit my standing car on the left side rear bumber and quarter panel joint and all the red paint of the hitting car was rubbed on the bumper and wheel arch on quarter panel is slightly dent(very minute, I can see it as it has gone through my heart, but not noticeable by an ordinary don't care type of person, one can see on minute inspection though that arch line has got pressed inside). though i was able to clear all the paint using CIF cream cleaner(trust me it is like any other rubbing compound, effective and gentle, better than the nulon scratch remover). But the hitting& rubbing of the red car has taken away some of the silver paint as well from the bumper and there is a 3 cm by .5 cm long scratch & 2-3 pea sized dots where black plastic is visible(No idea how to cure it, asked somebody, he said that I can get the touch up done using a brush and paint but it will be visible, for 100% result, the whole bumper has to painted after filling up the scratch).[frustration][frustration]. the car with only 200km on odometer and already scratched by somebody intentionally, colored blue by car cover and then scarred on bumper by an idiot.

@prabhagar @CRACING have you guys got the sonax BSD from carpowergrid. if yes and received what is the manufacturing date. Hope they are not clearing out 5 years old stock.

Sorry for those intentional scratches made to your brand new car. I am a victim too, with two long and deep key scratches on my hood.
I received my BSD yesterday and found it to be made in June-2015. Thankfully, the product is good for 5 years from MFG date which still makes it usable. CRACING's package should be on its way, we will get to know the age of his BSD soon.

Thanks for the quick update. What else you ordered to make shipping 0 or paid it? When you ordered and when received, how quick they are in shipping and used courier? Any coupon/new user discount available?

I paid for shipping as I didn't find any real need for a product to fill the Rs 1000 mark. Ordered on 12th, shipped on 13th via BlueDart (from Bangalore), first delivery attempted on 15th (I was out of station) and delivered on 17th. Packaging was overly done IMO, they used the original Sonax cartons that came during import which meant adding lot of folded cartons and polythene papers as fillers inside. Unfortunately, there are no coupons/discounts I could find on their site.

@vicks619, What brand is the new cover you had bought? I have heard great reviews about TPH Covers (tphcovers.in) for its protection from environmental elements, though I feel they are very expensive.

Hello @vicks619,

I don't advice using rubbing compound for a new car. Also it may cause swirls if not done carefully or by professionals. I hope the stain goes away eventually. You can either wait for it or continue detailing the car.

BTW; Do you park the car on roadside? Is there no parking lot/shade for it?

I have placed order for Sonax BSD and Wheel cleaner yesterday and it is yet to shipped.

Wheel cleaner seems special (Check Youtube). My car alloys are heavily soiled inside so lets see if this product helps me.

I park in front of my house. It is open space but not road side. If I don't cover it I will find all sort of dust and bird dropping all over it by evening. I was hit on the street in market where I parked my car waiting for my wife. The road was narrow, so this idiot hit me out of nowhere without looking where he was going and ran away.
I am also against the rubbing full car. Can I go ahead with detailing or just use cleaner wax after washing to protect it till the colour is gone. Will detailing not create a protective layer on car making the colour to stay for long.

Regarding sonax, I was thinking of same combination that's why asked you about wheel cleaner. Already seen it action on youtube before asking for your advice. Even went till payment page and then stopped thinking wheel cleaner could be a additional to APC or shampoo as per your recommendation. Still wheel cleaner was stuck in my mind, only fear it may effect the shiny part of wheel as per one review in amazon.
