Then you would have to apply a coat of primer before applying red paint IMHO.
Apply a coat of primer and then paint it Red. It should remove all traces of the black.
Thanks for the suggestions guys. I tried this as well but at last didn't like the look of it.. So I again painted it black.. The End products are ready now just need to remove few traces of glue from the masked areas.. Suggest me something to remove them I have tried soap water & turpentine oil but no success.

I think you can use rubbing to remove them.
I would advise against using rubbing compounds due to their cutting nature. It takes a light layer of the paint from the applied portion and dissolves it around. Now, if rubbing compounds can have this effect on factory sealed paints guess what it could do to hand sprayed local can paints. [;)]

Using my wife's Nail Polish Remover works for me on glass. U have to be careful as this can remove the paint as well
