You posted the Maruti Suzuki Ritz VIN = MA3EDKD1S00356324 DR4CD1. Where are you pulling the VIN from?
I don't have all the answers yet but here is some info that may be helpful.
The Maruti VIN should only be 17 characters long as stated in other posts I have read.
The DR4CD1 describes the variant of your car. In this case the DR4CD1 indicates this Ritz is a Vdi BS IV. Here is a list of the other Ritz variants I have seen:
DR4CD1 - Vxi BS IV
DR4CD2 - Vxi (ABS) BS IV
DRDCD1 - Vdi BS IV
DRDCD2 - Vdi (ABS) BS IV
DR4CS1 - Lxi BS IV
DRDCS1 - Ldi BS IV
DR4CL1 - Zxi BS IV
DR4CL2 - Zxi (ABS) BS IV
