I too experienced similar problem in my new wagon R at 7500 km. There was difficulity in pick on every gear change or even while accelrating in the same gear. The maruti workshop identified that there was no play in the clutch. I was told that this play is checked and set at PDI and in all the 3 free service/inspections. On opening they changed everything including the clutch assly, fly wheel, bearing etc with a total cost of more than 5000 rupees. At the time of handing over, they suggested that the clutch worn out because of my driving on half clutch. Ridiculous. I have more than 30 years of experience in driving . I owned a fiat, a gypsy and a matiz prior to purchasing new wagon r in 2013. The purpose of posting here is to get a response of others on this problem to see if there are large number of similar cases, which could then be reported to Maruti people. Regarding half clutch driving, i find that half clutch is unavoidable during reverse gear especially during parking. Any comments....
