Happy to know that you are coming to Bangalore. But unfortunately I could not meet you as I will be travelling from 25th-27th to Chickmagalur with family. This was planned just couple of days ago.

Hope to catch you next time soon :) (I think you remember Bangalore friends whose name starts with 'V' only - Visran, Varun, Vishwas )

BTW, I also stay in Banashankari 3rd Stage and I think couple of our friends stay there.

Friends I think 26th is convenient for most and I think the ideal meet venue could be at BIEC parking grounds as I am there whole day, or you can think of some place for evening meet, what do you say

Its sad that out meet got canclled. I will be in India by 25th Night (hope no fog in Bang to delay the landing).

Ah !! Visran and Krish nice to see you comments there. I expect most of will you have a holiday on 26th due to Republic Day, so if every body say we can have a meet during day time, then I will be in that Exhibition at BIEC whole day, so we could meet there at parking lot which has lot of place for rides. Other wise, members can suggest a place elsewhere in Bangalore which I am not able to decide on that please, so I request one of the member take the responsibility of the venue, time fixing as I have already sent PM to most of the members and requested them to participate in this thread. we could ask all the members who are in , can send their contact details to one of our member in Bangalore either Visran,Varun,Krish

OMG! this is on tumkur rd. way far away for most to reach (I guess) and also will be filled with a lot of activities/seminars.
Are your coming in for any seminar? Why is your choice on this place?

Hey Krish and other friends,

There is nothing like I made a choice about that BIEC, the reasons I said this venue as

1. It can be reached using NICE road and Tumkur Road, but outside city too
2. It has very big parking lot, hence I felt all your rides can have a place there
3. It is not a seminar, it is India's biggest industrial exhibition, I am visiting it as part of my business trip to know new technologies showcased about machine tools.
4. I have proposed this place as in case we have the meet during the day time. It is not mandatory for me to be inside the exhibition as I can come out any time go inside again.
5. It is bit away from city crowded places.
Hope you understood by now, why I have proposed that, anyway it was just an idea.

You can tell me any place but it is possible for evening only as I have to spend my time in the exhibition during the day(one of the purpose of my visit to Bangalore).

Now quickly come out with your ideas on the venue and time as we need to fix it by tomorrow evening !!

My Stay is in a hotel at Yeshwanthpur.

Our member MrRanger also confirmed to take part in the meet who is in Bangalore at the moment.

Even i am open to any location including BIEC.
It will make things easier if members who want a change in location suggest some locations asap.

Good to see many of them showing interest. I too am ok with 26th. I think we can think of a neutral venue with enough parking space for our rides.
Gurrala74 what time do you finish you seminar in the evening? and how are you commuting? so that we can decide place and time accordingly.

It is not a seminar and it is a exhibition, it close for the day at 6pm, but I am at my wish to come out whenever I want either it is 3 or 4pm anything.

Normally there are special buses run by exhibition authorities to exhibitions grounds from various places of city and most of them will go via Yeshwanthpur, so initially planned to go with them and come back, but I have invited MrRanger to join with me to the exhibition with his ride, so either one of this will happen. So no problem I can reach to any venue which should be bit neutral as it take at least a hour for me to reach to Yeshwantpur area from Exhibition.

If you are free and have interest, you can also join me to the expo

@Sethu Sir, its a matter of just 4 hours from Chennai, so either you can come with your ride taking one of our member from chennai, don't worry of stay, you can straight away come to my hotel in Yeshwanthpur

Sorry sir! I dont think i will be able to join you for the exhibition. We can meet up at around 4 p.m at a venue decided by all the members joining. Guys please suggest some places considering parking for our rides and with easy commute to all.

I stay near Hosur road. Any place near Silkboard, HSR layout, Koramangala, Indranagar, I am fine.
