The ones in the Fiat dealership are also from norev.
They are also 1:43 scale.
And you have already seen the quality in J.Ravi's post.
It isnt that bad.

Err, sorry Ravi, but you could have very well got it in India for just Rs 284. Check out the link:

I saw this toy model at Concorde Motors, Dairy Circle. It was smaller, without show-case, not available in Fox Trote Azure colour and the quality was totally different from the one I imported.

I went on a shopping spree today, and bought:
1. FIAT 500 ABARTH 2008 1/24 Bburago from Sapphire Toys, Koramagala.
2. PEUGEOT 504 1975. 1/18 Welly
3. STUDEBAKER AVANTI 1963. Supreme (I'm not sure of the scale)1/43 Both from Sapphire Toys, Richmond Road
4. CHEVY NOMAD 1955 1/18 Maisto
5. MACK C RESCUE BOX 1960 supreme. I dunno the scale., both from ModelART
I had plans of purchasing the 1:43 AutoART Maybach for Rs 1500 at ModelART, but the only 1 piece available didn't have ORVMs. They had broken off. I was offered a discount, but declined.
I'd also gone to Prerana Motors, for a 1:43 Norev Linea. The detailing was pretty average, at least not like toy cars, but the guy told me it was a toy, and though it was engraved otherwise, it wasn't a scale model. I was also shown a 1:18 Tata Nano. Pretty stunning, but I bade them goodbye saying I would come back later.

If you need orignal scale models in chennai, then you have to visit Landmark!

Thats the only place where I find Scale models from 1:24 to 1:10 :)
