My favourite manufacturer won the CBU award!!

But Pulsar LS was just launched last week. How come they decided it in very short period ?

I think automotive manufacturers are aware of the timings of the awards, and launch it in time for the same!!

But here Nano, Punto etc cars lauunched long back. But yes it hard to beleive they judged Punlsar135 so quickly. I think Pulsar name has the effect.

Well, it is a decent bike, but like I said earlier, as a 180 owner, I am not so happy about li'l bro piggy back riding on big bro's fame!!

i dont get it man.Pulsar 135 has just entered the market. It hasnt proved itself yet. How are these awards given, just for looks. Dont they take into account the A.S.S, quality and reliability?

either then pulsar 135LS, all other segment winners truely deserves their place as trophy holders.New pulsar has just launched, so given it the winner is a bit doubtful.Good to see Fiat Punto as a winner as well.Finally Fiat has came out with full bell and whistles and proven them on the right direction,and much lesser doubts left for many people across nation about the future of FIAT again.Shows the success of their vehicles,Punto and Linea selling well.Mahindra served rightly with perfect combination of peppy engine, superb space,features and equipments to give quite healthy competition to its rival,Innova lone winner in this segment for quite some time.
What i dream about in future, all segments should be won by indian car manufacturer.I surely think we CAN.

Finally Fiat has came out with full bell and whistles and proven them on the right direction,and much lesser doubts left for many people across nation about the future of FIAT again.Shows the success of their vehicles,Punto and Linea selling well.

Hate to say this, but some time back, even the Palio was COTY!!
I think the survival of a company is not so much the product, not belittling that any, but the commitment to the market, A.S.S, and all these count towards making the product and the company a winner.
FIAT has changed a lot since the days of the Uno, Sienna and the Palio, and the truth be told, the Linea and the Palio are among the most beautiful cars on road today. Lets hope they stay the winners they are!!

i agree totally, but then palio having one of the superb 1.6 engine didnt do well with its pricing, and companies future holding, ASS isnt much of debate but what remains to see as you said is their planning to stay in market.Things have surely changed a big way with tieing up TATA motors,hope they continue to do so and improve in their spares availability and ASS department.

somehow i am not liking the fact that xylo won these awards.

dont get me wrong, i like the xylo for its spacious cabin, practicality & VFM. but i hate it for its styling.

and these awards may give mahindra an impression that they have done a good job. no mahindra, you havent. yes, i am saying this being a true mahindra fan.

@ NDTV: would love to know how is jazz the car of the year? its very convenient for japs to make small cars & price it sky high in the name of quality, reliability, innovation, blah blah...
