Apple rolls out iOS 12.4.1 and watchOS 5.3.1 software update

Apple has rolled out new software updates for its devices, namely iOS 12.4.1 and watchOS 5.3.1. The latest iOS update is 101MB in size and the Apple WatchOS update is about 55MB size. Apple says the newly released updates offer important security and stability updates, and are recommended for all users. Users can download the iOS 12.4.1 update over-the-air in the Settings app.

iPad (2019) Unveiled at iPhone 11 Launch Event: Price in India, Features, and Specifications

The iPad (2019) runs iPadOS, and sports a 10.2-inch Retina IPS display with a resolution of 2160x1620 pixels, a pixel density of 264ppi, and a 500-nit peak brightness. The iPad also supports the Apple Pencil (first generation). It is powered by the Apple A10 Fusion SoC, alongside the M10 coprocessor. It will be available in two storage options — 32GB and 128GB. It features an 8-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it bears 1.2-megapixel camera with an f/.2 aperture.

Anyone upgraded to iOS 13.1.2?Just asking coz I’ve updated our iOS devices(SE,X and XS)to the same and there is not much differences between the previous update.

Meanwhile,I’ve upgraded to iPhone XS from iPhone SE after lots of research and after thinking which phone to buy.
Thinking to get another iPhone but this time for dad but confused whether I should get XR or 11 for him.

Apple adds option to delete Siri recordings in iOS 13.2 beta

The Cupertino, California based tech giant has essentially introduced two sets of controls for controlling Siri recordings. First of all, Apple has introduced a new option - Delete Siri and Dictation History - in the Siri and Search section of its Settings app. This feature allows users to delete all the Siri interactions associated with a particular device from Apple's servers.

The second important feature that Apple is introducing is in the Privacy section of its Settings app. Users will now get an option - a toggle switch to be specific - that would allow them to opt out of Apple's Siri grading program. Users can toggle the Improve Siri and Dictation button to opt out of the program.

Apple updates it’s macOS Catalina for laptops and PCs, here’s what has changed

t has been a few days since Apple released its macOS Catalina for eligible Mac products across the world. This comes with hosts of new features but is not a ‘perfect’ software that is free from bugs and flaws. Apple AirPods Pro with ANC and a new design launched for $249

The much-awaited Apple AirPods Pro has been announced. The new wireless earbuds bring a new design as well as Active Noise Cancellation.

Priced at $249/¥1999/₹24,900/£249/€279, the AirPods Pro has been redesigned. It has a shorter stem than the original AirPods and the part that goes into your ears now has silicon earbuds to keep the noise out. That is for passive noise cancelation.

Apple has released iOS 13.2 as the second major update to its iOS 13 mobile operating system. The update comes alongside the release of iPadOS 13.2 for its tablet. The new software update comes just two weeks after the release of iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3 for iPhone and iPad. It has been over a month since the release of iOS 13 and over 55 percent of active devices already run this version. The iOS 13.2 update is available for all the compatible devices and is being released in the form of an over-the-air update. In order to download, you can navigate to Settings > General > Software Update.

The new 16” MacBook Pro is powered by Intel’s 9th Gen processor and AMD Radeon graphics card. The 16-inch Retina Display is the largest in any MacBook and has 500 nits of brightness and a P3 wide color gamut.

The 16-inch MacBook Pro is available in Silver and Space Gray. It starts at $2399 for the Core i7 model and $2799 for the Core i9 model. The price goes up to $6099 for the model with the highest configuration.

iOS 13.2.3 rolling out; here’s how to update your iPhones

iOS 13.2.3 update details
The update is around 90MB in size, but the actual size will vary depending on the device. As per the changelog, the latest iOS update fixes an issue affecting system search and search within Mail, Files, and Notes. It also resolves issues preventing Mail from fetching new messages and failing to include and quote original message content in Exchange accounts.

The update also fixes an issue where the Messages details view wouldn’t display photos, links or other attachments. Lastly, there is also a fix for an issue preventing apps from downloading content in the background.

It is quite evident now that Apple didn’t release a stable iOS 13 update last month. These updates may seem quite trivial, but they are important to maintain the superior user experience of iOS.

How to update?
For updating, head over to the Settings -> General -> Software Update. You will first need to download the update, and then install it on your device.

While Apple is fixing quite a few bugs on this update, there are surely others that are being worked on. We recommend keeping auto updates enabled and downloading every new patch going forward for the most stable performance.

Apple rolls out iPadOS 13.3, tvOS 13.3 and watchOS 6.1.1 Updates

Apple has rolled out updates for two of its most popular platforms, namely the iPhone and iPad, in just under a month. Previously, the company had freshly introduced iOS 13.2.3 and iPadOS 13.2.3. The new update also brings many bug fixes and performance optimizations but also adds new features to the devices as well.

Additionally, iOS 13.3 and iPadOS 13.3 brings support for NFC, USB, and Lightning FIDO2-compliant security keys. This can be used for securely browsing websites on Safari and other platforms like Dropbox, Facebook, Gmail, and Twitter. In other words, the update adds a physical security key to your iPhone and iPad which allows for better account privacy and protection across social media and emails.
