Spotted these long back:
1)Blue DZire in Andheri,
2)Black Optra with Huge rims in Koliwada, Sion,
3)Green Honda City again in Koliwada, Sion,
4)Red Swift outside Khalsa college, Matunga! It had 16" Lenso Samurai and the car belonged to the group 'BLACKLISTED'! People of mumbai might know this group. They have cool customized cars.

17" and 18" rims.

The first picture is 17" League alloys on a Civic.
The second picture is Hi-join alloys on a Civic modified by Kitup.

Oops,sorry,forgot to mention it in the details that the second picture is 18" Hi-join alloy wheels.
The first picture is 17" rims for sure,you can check it out on the tyre.
