That's an Accord modified by Autopsyche.It has great looks,but,that front bumper looks like inspired from a Civic.
No surender, it's not modified at Autopysche, he has done some aftermarket modifications which are very neat, he's a mutual friend of mine's and i have confirmed it with him after reading your post [cheers]

I have seen photos of the same Accord on their facebook page,when it was in stock condition(dark gold color),and then modified to black color with quad exhaust pipes,kits,mesh work and rims.
You may be right,as i have seen few cars getting re-modified at some other garage(reason-unknown [confused]).

Wow that's a very neat Accord but excessive chrome wheels are not to my like.

Looks what else! Your car will look distinct from the normal cars on road. And also there maybe very marginal increase in FE.
