It is most likely to be done at PJ Speed Shop,on OMR,Chennai.
AFAIK,he is the official dealer of BBS rims.He said that he has many performance upgrade parts like sports exhaust kit,Pete's tuning box and many more.

Skoda with 17"rims
This Skoda had bigger rims,when i went to click photos,I spoke with the owner and he was surprised that i knew so much about cars and modifications.He was around 30 to 35 years of age,and we exchanged numbers and he said to call him regarding any help in the automotive field or regarding any help,a nice gentleman to say.
While talking with him,I forgot to take a side profile picture of it.Sorry guys.

The rims on the swift looks neither wierd nor good looking,but we need to have a better/clear photo of the rims to comment on it.
Maybe he too is into Auto. forums. Surendar, did you tell him about TAI?

they aren't old,it is due to dirt because of rain.
That guy said he lends cars to VIPs and their secretaries.
There was a black CRV also,which was said to be his too.
He had good english knowledge and spoke well.
