yes, here in kerala, i can see many alto 800 . but the base model is very bad looking with black bumpers

Will avoid white for obvious reason.

Yes. Its available at MGA costs around Rs.2800/-

Yeah but I need suggestion :) Which brand is good? Will tire comes with Alloys? What do you suggest? Is bigger tire affect the milage?

tire you can use the current stock ones or you can trade your current tyres and go for an upsize . alloys with stock tyres will not affect the mileage. you can check plati and neo wheels.

check with a nearest tyre dealer , is it possible to put 13 inch wheel, else better get 165/60/r12 from brigdestone or 155/65/r12 from Michelin. Yokohama im not sure about its performance ,im not used to it.

Michelin XM2 155/70-12~ 2900-3100rs per tire.

I think that 13 inchers for Alto8oo would look nice. Get broader tyres as I feel the car is under-tyred. Get atleast 165 profile tyres if you upsize the wheels.
Sizes can be found on Google. Just search for Tyre size calculator.
I like my alloy design the most! lol!
Do post pics after the install.

Alloy wheel with wide tire will look my car a lot better. But how much it costs for 5 tire incl. Stepni? Wide vs narrow tire which one gives better mileage?

approx it will be 25K
narrow tires will give mileage , but wider tires will give more grip , stability and cornering. if you are going for bridgestone get potenza G3 , if its michilin, then energy XM2/XM1

About 1st mandatory servicing, One Auto(Dealer) charged me Rs. 1K for engine oil and oil filter change its a mandatory replacement as written in owners booklet. And we also opted for Anti-rust coating its costed me around 1190/- which is very reasonable.
So, total cost of 1st servicing= 1000+1190= 2190 INR/-
