OT , but my rokr does the same but not anymore , the keypad stopped working , got it fixed from sc and no problems now.

Moto still has authorized service centers? I though they withdrew from India. Could you share details if there is one in Mumbai? I would love to get Rockr issue fixed.

3. Wonderful thing is offline maps from Nokia and are really accurate and with voice guiding.

6. The alphabets size is really good when you want to dail a new number and sms option is good with integrated with all the messages as a thread when you do multiple messages with one contact

These features are there in my E6 as well. Very handy and very useful. The SMS thread is a really useful way of displaying msgs, compared to the individual sms era types.

Please do check on the games part and let know your opinion on the same.

I don't know about mumbai but there is only one moto sc i know about which is at netaji subash place, delhi.
I know and for the same reason i was reluctant to go to sc but it's been over a year and keypad's working fine. I think i paid 2k for it.
But i'm sure there must be some sc in mumbai too.

The new ips panels which apple , lg , nokia uses are better then amoled displays since ips gives better outdoor visibility , brightness and viewing angles . Right now the best display is super LCD 3 used in htc one .
The only advantage amoled has is dark contrast were black looks deep dark black , but then that gets compensated because nokia uses clear black technology which does the same thing on a normal LCD and a ips panel too .

To get a true comparison, you need to eliminate the main variables that most screen tests overlook. Screen size and resolution. Get 3 displays with one having Super AMOLED, one SLCD and one IPS LCD. Have all 3 the same screen size and the same resolution. Then you would be able to compare and contrast the true differences in the technology. On such a test SAmoled was found better.

I meant 720p resolution. But screen has come out with full HD resolution now.

The link you posted says Super Amoled is better than LCD IPS display.

The Galaxy Note II can't hold a candle to LG's offering in terms of resolution and pixel density - 720p resolution, making for just 267 pixels per inch. However, it's an Super AMOLED display, meaning colors are very saturated (with the option to tune then down if you prefer) and blacks are truly deep.
Through the course of our testing we can safely confirm that on the Optimus G Pro images look indeed great. Colors pop and are represented very accurately. Still, the Galaxy Note II has better contrast (since the black pixels turn off) and the colors are oversatured (which is plus or a minus, depending on who you ask).

However when it comes to sunlight legibility, the Galaxy Note II has a slight advantage against the Optimus G Pro, despite the extra Wacom digitizer that it employs.

In my experience Samsung is always better than LG. I have check various models various pixel ranges. LG mobiles display always looks pale to me and not colorful enough

bro you are doing selective reading the article also mentions that amoled displays are over saturated means they don't display TRUE colours. I have amoled display on my phone but for colour correctioni only depend on my iPad for TRUE colours .

What I see now after buying L 620, the display in Nokia L 620 is perfect than those Samsung,LG and other mobiles. Nokia did a good job this time

Sorry i disagree here. Most of the samsung phones having super amoled display which are over saturated to me. And as per i know LG supplies screen to apple and many other brand. You should look LG Optimus G new model just wow clarity display. In my L9 as well the display is super

I am sorry, I am not degrading LG here, even I have bought a LG full HD TV recently for its pic quality and IPS panels, but my comments were just based on my observation in the stores 2 weeks back when I was searching for new phone.

I have compared Galaxy duos, S3, Grand, LG L3,L5,L9 and Lumia 820, 920.
