Today , Concorde Motors invited for Free Check up camp for both Manza and Nano. TASS is taking service seriously now-a-days.

On arrival, was welcomed into the service station. Cars were taken into bay for check up and asked for any specific complaints. After check up and free top-ups (including engine oil), cars were washed and cleaned before delivery.

There were also other activities including :

- Health check up by doctor
- Games and Fun for children
- Snacks and Coffee

Complimentary gifts were given (I got 3 of them) all kitchen items, so better half was happy at end of day .

Some updates for Nano over the weekend :

Installed ICE - Xenos MACAW40 Head Unit. (FM+ USB)
- 4 Speakers (in doors) Boston Pro 40C , 240W Inbuilt Tweeters.

My findings with TASS is that they are best when it's checkup of a healthy car, and worst when they get a diseased car!

The LED light in the cabin might be little annoying for driver 's eye you might have to cover it with some semi opaque sticker if you find it annoying.

Well I had a chance to drive Anshuman's little beauty(Nano) during my visit to Bangalore last month and my experience is

- Small, Smart tiny car, but spacious like my Ritz(to believe this one has to sit inside and see)
-Good seating position and good comfort
- Easy to drive and bliss in a bumper to bumper traffic
- Power wise okay with that tiny engine but quite easy in city traffic
- Turning radius is good and parking is damn easy
- AC works really great
- A good small car for city daily commute and with great comfort and space
- Steering could have been a power operated(Anshuman's model is non power steering)

I enjoyed driving it and thank you Anshuman for a test ride

- Easy to drive and bliss in a bumper to bumper traffic

Best part of Nano is the torque it has, 3rd gear can pull up anything from 20-70 kmph.

Biggest disadvantage is the fuel tank capacity. With only 15L frequent visits to Pump is must.

But with nano 15L means approximately 300km on highway and around 200km in city so shouldn't be a problem

If I take my car to office daily, it wouldn't even last a week, round trip is 60 kms.

Time for update :

1. The Nano was sold in Nov 2015 with 28000 on odo.

2. Manza still going strong at 60000 km+ after 5.5 years. Really gem of a car from Tata.
