No.. GTA4 is not San Andreas. I have played the whole game twice since it's awesome.
nope SA is different from GTA 4 which latest one .
I m a hard core gamer. Here are my fav racing games on pc-

*Nfs 2 se (tho graphics are bad but i have memories attached to it.great music, thanks to romolo di prisco. nice cars. ferrari being fav.)
*Nfs Hot Pursuit - Had completely new concept of introducing cop cars, chases, helicoptors busts etc. Graphics were sleek with great variety of cars. And the last game in nfs franchise to have ferrari in it)
* Nfs Underground- (again nfs showed that they are different. Street racing with a storyline in it. And ofcourse customization!. Fav cars was Nissan skyline)
* NFS Most Wanted - ( The game actually has a great story with good graphics. I found this game one of the best in nfs franchise.Fast and esxciting. Fav car is Evo 8.)
* Nfs Hot Pursuit 3 - ( Hail down to this outstanding game. Everything about it is unique. Having worlds most extic locations and cars. Fav car- Bugatti Veyron)
* Dirt 2 - ( Amazing control of cars with detailed physique. I am addicted to this one. just cant get enough. Just waiting for Dirt 3)
* Split Second - ( Again a new concept of destroying the surroundings beside you apart from cars opponents. Fun loving game)
* Burnout Paradise( Love it for its crash details and fast speeds with stunts and speed cars making it fun to play)

racing games i am looking forward are dirt 3 and NFS Run .
