Dongguan Richtek Electronics Co.,Ltd is the manufacturer of Windek Tyre Inflator. May be you have to get details of importer to claim warranty and incase you don't find, send a message to manufacturer and I hope they will help you. [:)]
Thank you brother, I just sent a note to the manufacturer's email. The number shared by another seller does not exist and the actual seller of my unit has no clue on Windek contact in India. Speaking to him on phone was a waste of time. [frustration]

Today I checked/Filled air in All my vehicles including Activa.
Worked flawlessly.

Xuv loses hardly any air. Only 0.5PSI difference in 1month
i10 lost 1 psi
Activa lost 5 psi.

Looks like smaller/cheaper tyres loose more air.

Hi Pabhagar and BVHM just received tyre infiltrator.

Do we need to long press to erase earlier preset memory?

For example previous pressure preset was 35 psi, if you need to increase are decrease the pressure as per my current requirement I have observed that I need to long press either up or down keys after that simple press is enough either increase or decrease the pressure once display stars increasing or decreasing. when you stop pressing any button display blinks and new preset pressure is stored and "on" is displayed on the screen when you press on button current pressure is displayed, keeps updating until new preset pressure reached and switch off automatically. Is your unit working in the same way?

One more observation when the unit on the led red light comes on for a second and off by itself.

I never Long pressed to erase anything.
When I connect (to power, Not tyre), Press the + for 2 sec, Last used pressure is shown. I can Make is + or -.
Then I press M button and go on my merry way to inflate tyres.

Red light is not observed.

Yes Suryaputhra, mine works the same way too. Long press is not to erase memory, it is to go into EDIT mode so we can set the desired pressure value from the previously set value. Please watch my YouTube video in the opening post, this functionality is observed in it.

One more observation when the unit on the led red light comes on for a second and off by itself.

Yes, the LED flashes in red during power ON. I just noticed when testing the unit in my friend's Tiago yesterday.

Inside Widek digital tyre inflator, not so great, looks fragile and doubtful life span.

Nice share [clap]. Didn't expect you would tear it down so early, within the return window. I hope the unit works well and you opened it just to have a look at the quality?

Yes I opened to look inside. These DC motors everywhere available, but I am figuring out how to attach gears to motor spindle.
