Yes, the feature list is more in Altis. Also, Altis is a premium luxury sedan, whereas Innova is a entry point MUV from Toyota. Price points have been kept keeping those factors in mind.

Hi, theres no stripped down varient of innova so thats why its cheaper but innova and altis top model cost equal !
well as Raj pointed out the differences between Innova and Altis and their different segment of customers to cater for.But then there are also changes between Petrol variant of Altis and Diesel.Many such features are ripped off from its diesel variant of Altis which are on their petrol variant.
