Why India's Car Parkings Are Unsafe / Unreliable?

One day, I had seen children playing cricket with leather ball in the common parking . And above that, they have a rule like if the ball hits a car it would 1 run declared. From that day, I never park my car or bike in the common parking.

Those who have their own parking are lucky. I don't have one

That was one of my criteria while I look for a house! What's the use if I can't park my car everyday in same place. I hate the feeling of searching for parking place everyday..
