Dip stick method is not 100% confirmation
smoke through dip stick is bad one. it may need rings change.
Chances of oil pouring out through the dip stick is due to pressure(back pressure do count). but one cannot say that your engine need a overhaul
till there is no smoke its safe to drive.!
renault engines are proven for longer kms and same idles in micra!
