RC is enough for tax certificate. What is this "cess bill" though?

Hey jishnu if your vehicle is beyond 15 years old you need to carry tax certificate and green tax.

Thank. One time cess is there in kerala RTO. It's a amount of RS 50 for two wheelers and Rs 100 for cars. Dont know the exact figures. cess is usually paid during registration of a new vehicle here

Is attested copy of RC and orginal insurance certificate only needed for vehicle less than oneyear old?
