Took this snaps at the Bus Bhavan in Hyderabad.Check out the driver's sitting area is totally isolated from the passenger sitting part.And the radiator on the outer part of the bus.

Well actually found this about the above pictures:

In 1932 the Commercial Department of the Nizam's State Railway started an efficient bus service in Hyderabad city with only 27 English Albion busses and 166 employees. By 1936 a seperate Road Transport Department (RTD) took over the job and carried on till 1958, and subsequently creating the Andhra Pradesh
Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC).

Looks like a boattail. No idea what it is but the wheelcaps seemingly have some marking (maybe 5-6 letters) that probably starts with 'S'. A bigger resolution picture would certainly help.
