welcome to the AT CLUB!
I'm glad you got them over HT s.
also you got a killer deal for 6.8k. the same in my area are 8k plus.

in my opinion don't fill nitrogen but regular air and check pressures Every time you gas up on fuel pump.

^^ could you please elaborate, why you not suggesting nitrogen.

In this case he got Nitrogen free.
I am using Nitrogen in my car & bike. one good thing i found is the longer interval for refill.

[:D] thank you thank you.! Is it? its 8k? Oh my[surprise]. One thing I heard and read was that Nitrogen reduces the refilling time. Can you tell me the cons?

to all nitrogen queries, here's my story-
I have a a habit of checking and topping up air in my vehicles on every fuel pump who have those machines.

once I filled nitrogen in my safari, as a result I started avoiding topping up for months (nitrogen guy is a city away ).
hence my safari tyres worn out in 50k kms but by fortuner tyres (normal air and regular checkup) going good till 78k kms!!!

P.S.- can someone enquire prices for fortuner tyre 265/65/R 17 ?
AT are about 15k in my area.

Okay.! That could be because you could not refill your tyres regularly as the nitrogen guy was not available. Well as of now I have a nitrogen filling point in my town. Let's see. If there is any issue like the one you had then I would surely revert back to normal air.:)

I check the nitrogen levels only when i visit wheel alignment shop once in 3
months/2.5k kms for the alignment or whenever i go for a long trip. Though wheel alignment need to be done only on 5K km gap, after 2500k kms i do utilize the free alignment check up we get for each wheel alignment done. Nitrogen top up also done at free of cost there or else i have to pay extra rs.50 for this in any other shops/pumps.

They usually fill 33 psi and when we check it next time after 3 months, all tires have minimum 30-31 psi pressure will be there. My car is 2006 modal sedan with stock rims and tubeless tires. I use it only on weekends usually. Only one time i saw a tire had less air pressure and i had to fill it again after 2 weeks. It was due to a puncture(Nail struck on tire) and repaired for 50rs.
