TVS has launched the updated Jupiter 110 at an ex-showroom starting price of Rs 76,691. The 110cc commuter is available in four trims: Drum, Drum Alloy, Drum SXC, and Disc SXC. The company is set to complete the transition of its entire vehicle lineup to OBD2B standards by this month. The OBD2B-compliant TVS range has undergone major advancements in sensor technology and on-board diagnostics. This upgraded system utilises sensors to monitor throttle response, air-fuel ratio, engine temperature, fuel levels, and engine speed. A sophisticated Engine Control Unit (ECU) continuously analyses real-time data against pre-set parameters, ensuring precise monitoring and performance optimisation. According to TVS, this intelligent onboard system helps maintain clean and eco-friendly operations throughout the vehicle’s lifespan while improving long-term durability and efficiency.

The two-wheeler manufacturer has introduced the updated scooter, now compliant with OBD2B emission norms, without any changes to its performance.

The Jupiter continues to be powered by a 113.3cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that generates 7.9bhp of maximum power at 6,500rpm and a torque output of 9.2Nm at 5,000rpm, which increases to 9.8Nm when iGo Assist is engaged. A CVT automatic gearbox ensures smooth and efficient power transmission.

On the hardware side, the scooter retains a telescopic front suspension and a monoshock at the rear. The higher trims are equipped with a 220mm petal disc brake at the front, whereas a drum brake is standard across all versions. It also features a combined braking system (CBS) for improved safety and rides on 12-inch wheels fitted with 90/90-section tyres at both ends.

The top-of-the-line versions of the Jupiter 110 feature a fully digital LCD instrument console, offering Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation via MapMyIndia. Additional premium features include an all-LED lighting system, follow-me-home headlights (segment first), an electric silent-start function, and generous storage capacity – 33 litres under the seat and an extra 2 litres in the front glove box.

As far as colour options are concerned, customers can choose from seven appealing options: Starlight Blue Gloss, Lunar White Gloss, Galactic Copper Matte, Meteor Red Gloss, Dawn Blue Matte, Twilight Purple Gloss, and Titanium Grey Matte.
