Why there is no centralized system for the whole country. So the loop hole is, if someone did offence in other state where the car do not belong then still the chalan will be pending and easy escape for the offender.

So Delhi traffic police has been issuing challans vaguely.
If you have crossed stop line they are stating it's a red light jump offence.
1. Car is going left which Is free on this red light. Car is turned a little bit so they issued challan stating red light violation.
2. Car crossed stop line , you can see brake lights on my Verna and yet challan says red light jumping. my figo's speed is not mentioned so obviously it was not jumping red light. again brezza crossed stop line and challan says red light violation.
i have only 1 over speeding challan and i always stop before stop line. i have alerted my family members to stop before stop line at any cost.
Few friend's online offence lists.PLEASE DON'T CROSS STOP LINE AT ANY COST.
Stop line violation is 500rs and can be paid online instantly. Red light Jumping is 5000rs or jail upto 1 year. One year back my sister got a challan for 6000 rupees because she didn't do what the traffic police guy was saying (her fault) she had to go to court with the challan but ended paying only 100rs.
So does any body has any idea what to do now ? Red light jumping offences shows "pending in Court"
