Another tip would be to get a good car cover and even UV protection from companies like 3M. Speaking from experience of having sun spots all over my car as i park out in the sun and my car being 10 years old.
I have heard that UV protection helps remove these sun spots and helps bring out the sheen/good paint hiding under the sun spots. They also protect from such future paint deterioration. I will confirm the same once i get I try it out and get it done.
Here's something I follow and having a black car just makes it even worse in summers. When the car is hotinside, I carry a spray bottle (old Colin) filled with water and just spray it inside the cabin in the air. This brings the heat down drasticallyand the AC does the rest.
