What say guys 9am on JVLR near Matoshree Club? so hopefully we can meet up with the others by 10:30am in Little world mall in kharghar? is this fine with all or do pour in your suggestions. We need to decide soon

ronz_2507, the timing looks fine.
Say after meeting at Kharghar, we leave at 11, then we will reach Lonavla around 12.30. Lunch and chit chat for few hours and drive back.
Anyone familiar with Lonavala can suggest meeting place etc.

Mumbai members please confirm is this time ok for you all 8 am by matoshree club also it would be great if everyone shares their numbers via private messaging so we can keep tabs on who is coming and who is not at the last moment (just a suggestion)

I think we should start early, that way the roads will be empty as well.That way there will be more picture opportunities.
In case there happens to be any accident on the Mumbai Pune Expressway we can always come up with a detour route and not waste a lot of time.
I think 6-7am sounds good.

Jonnyboy had suggested we all meet at the mall by 10:30 so 6-7am is tooooo early by that instant

As suggested by the experienced people, starting early may be better. If you are starting at 7am from Mumbai, then the Kharghar meeting time would be around 8-8.30am.
