Now the road via Madikeri has been closed for 4 way lane works going on.
Everyone is forced to go via Hassan-Sakleshpur.

Its possible for me tommorow or day after.

On monday leaving to Tirupathi.

I can't believe the meet has not yet happened. Why doesn't everyone just mention the date's that are not possible for them. Then we have a range of available dates.
Why not drive down to Mangalore or Manipal for the meet. I can drive down there too. Maybe some of the Mumbai members can drive down too.

From the above post i feel Mukesh is comfortable with any date before Feb 5. Please correct me if i am wrong.

Can we make it atleast in the First week of February, 5th or 6th? Common guys, lets make this work.

I think 1st week of Feb would be suitable for both you and Mukesh.

Hmmm make it fast guys! Once you meet together once , you will meet again after that many times frequently! Atleast that's the case with our Chennai members!

this is long on cards i hope.

just fix a sunday! no matter most of them will be free.

fix a sunday , fix a time .

people mark them as a work and meet.


I ran some 570kms just to be in chennai meet.

The problem is not actually about reaching to a conclusion but the availability of one of our team members without which an official meet sounds pointless, because Shynish is pretty much busy with official work currently. He will be active soon, and the planning is being internally. As soon as the things settle down, this meet will happen for sure.

Bangaloreans Wake-Up from your busy schedule,

I know everyone is busy with work, family and friends. Lets drawn a line to our routine work and think little out of box this time, common people it been long time we are planning this meet, i'm asking everyone to contribute half a day time to the meet. Everyone is bored of same Bangalore traffic, same office and same wife (juss kidding). I think Night drive suggested by Avindu was a perfect idea, less traffic and it a awesome weather in Bangalore now, this is the perfect time to execute the meet.

How about considering two dates (two weekends) and we will finalize the meet on the weekend where maximum members can meet. Can we consider 1st and 2nd week of July 2011 and finalize the meet, we have plenty of time to plan your schedule ahead - just my suggestion. Everyone's suggestions are welcomed.

- 26th June 2011 (Sunday)

Please refer to forum calendar for an idea. Depending upon the number of members who are convenient with one of the above dates, the further plans can be chalked out.

Just to enjoy drive/ride and hangout outside city to spend some lovely time - ~70Kms one way

McDonald/Barista/Coffee Day - Mysore Road
Best Time - Night to Early morning

For Dinner and short drive with little traffic: R K Family DHABA close to HOSUR (Tamilnadu) ~38Kms one way
Best Time Sat/Sun after 1900Hrs opens till 2300Hrs.

I’ve not considered any places within city assuming everyone will be bored with hectic traffic and routine city life.
