Welcome to TAI Ronz_2507.Fiesta is a wonderful product which is effected by its price.Good ownership review.Fiesta is always good for its Handling and Ride Quality and it is the best driver's Car.
Fiesta’s driving manners can easily outperform certain cars of segment above. A grin on my face is inevitable whenever I drive it on highways.
This is also an issue with Fiesta Classic but can be solved after raising the height of rear headrest.
You paid this much for second (free) service? I suspect something fishy. Let us know break-up of the charges.
Probably since the boot was an afterthought. The rear design of upcoming facelift looks much better.

Hey 350Z I love the new red color picture you have just posted and yes the rear does look slightly better but it still looks a little back heavy. I am trying to locate where dad placed the bill of the second service I shall definitely post the break-up it done at Ford dealership in Mumbai

I totally agree the new Fiesta is a great car! I have Fiesta in my 'wish list'! Other than the back seat issue I think nothing bad in them IMO. Post more pictures of the beauty. May be its slightly under-powered at low rpms. Do you feel that in city driving?
350Z thanks for the pic, the new back looks ok to me, not much better from the current one, It looks something like old Ford Taurus. I think front also has got changes in the grill shape I believe(Austin Martin look) !
Do you think this face-lifted model will be sold in India as 2013 model?

Hey Indian well as for the underpowered in the lower revs issue i think that might be the issue but I honestly dont feel much of an issue in in city bumper to bumper traffic as the vehicle picks up revs very fast. Its on inclines and ghats where the engine struggles. Ford gave us a flash drive called "Talk to Me" labelled on it and it contains the user manual e-copy and the has loads of space for using it as an in-car flash drive for your music.

Hey Akash as for the long trip off-course. Dad had driven it solo Mumbai to Hyderabad and back. We have taken it to Goa from here in Mumbai and go to Pune very very often. Its an absolute delight on the highways just put it on cruise control and relax.

Can any other Ford vehicle holders can comment on the general service costs on Ford? I am waiting for Ecosport, but worried about such hidden pit falls

Hey Indian sorry I have been unable to locate it as of yet dunno where dad has kept it if memory serves me right the majority of the break-up was on engine oil. Was just inquiring regarding the cost of spares of the vehicle and boy are they scary!! The approximate cost of a single headlamp is 15000!! Ford cars are great to drive but just dont be involved in an accident in them. Not from a safety point of view but from the sheer economics point of view as they are expensive to fix.
ronz_2507, sorry for late wishes, but still congratulations for your new fiesta.Well nothing can beat ford for its steering feedback and suspention setup something like fiat, its wonderful, but their wrong pricing strategy, compact rear seats space had put many buyers away from this wonderful machine.I am a big time fan of Ford Fiesta 1.6S, oh man thats a gem to drive around the corners, truely drivers car ford gave us.

Interiors, specially sharp dashboard design & controls assimilate to cockpit of fighter jet. Have heard that comfort levels are better than Honda City for highways.
Ford, after launch of Figo, which actually was most affordable car from Ford in India, kept a vigilant eye on their "servicing department" which made Figo a hit. I believe Fiesta owners are treated even better for their vehicles.
