This is in China, carefully observe the traffic in the signal(Where vehicles are taking a right turn, you will definitely find it as a mess.

As Vishwas said, it's in China.

It's mess because the cars in the first two, even three are being parked. The mess don't last more than about 2 hrs on Friday and sunday afternoons, where children are being picked up and dropped in front of the school[seen in the picture].

Other than that there is nothing to complain about, be it the road infrastructure, lane discipline or the signal system [:)]

Its a place called Kudayathoor near Thodupuzha in the Idukki district of Kerala. The place you see is inside the Malankara Reservoir. We rode inside the catchment area when they let the water out for maintenance work.
