This incident happens all over. In Madurai there are 2 showroom dealers. I got a Manza from the first dealer. Sales side was good and not bad. But after selling the car they won't mind you at all. I had an extreme pathetic time with the service centre as things kept on going wrong. When I try to approach the dealership owner the Service advisor will beg us not to go to him but after resolving issues with him no fruit has born. So decided to change the service centre and thank god that these guys are a million times better. Phew. And another incident with the first service centre was that when I sent my vehicle for a clutch overhaul at 50k kms, the job was not done properly. The clutch jammed one fine day at a railway crossing and created a chaos. The second service identified the problem and found out that not all psrts were replaced and job was not done properly so the only way to rectify it was to change the entire assembly.
