Last weekend i took car for servicing as it already 1 year & 6 months from last servicing, as car is not used much by earlier owner so he also not bother about servicing.
I found car under Silver AMC till September 2016 & servicing done free of cost including engine oil, coolant, break oil & alignment.
I just pay for radiator flush (i want to clean it as color of coolant not looks good, rust is mixed in it) + wheel balancing + weight used in balancing + few small things & tax.

. as compare to my other cars, servicing of nano feel very comfortable to my pocket.
AC cooling is very good & my father almost stops using activa & enjoying chilling AC of NANO.

my nano have slight problem in clutch so i go to TASS & got everything replaced related to clutch
clutch plate + pressure plate + release bearing + clutch cable
all cost me Rs :- 3300
both axle have slight noise (like something is loose & hitting when accelerate) & hence replaced under warranty (both cost around Rs:- 6250 ) & i didn't have to spend anything on axles. now car runs like new car .

Update
my nano completed 12k kms & running fine.
Changed thermostat to radiator hose pipe as it have small leakage on both ends.
Rear wheel break cylinder & spark plugs changed. wheel cylinder have some leakage & one of spark plug have rust on lead connecting end.
total expense is Rs:1700 /-
all work done at TASS & nano running fine.
other then this i have also fitted a 12v heater that runs from mobile charging point as in 2012 upgrade tata remove heater from CX varient & heater in necessary to remove fog from windshield.
my nano completed 12k kms & running fine.

i always visit Aristo moters in Gurgaon, most of time they didn't have much work & all work on my cars is done priority. One thing that i noted is that in Gurgaon I didn't found original tata parts on any spare part shop in market. Like for radiator hose pipe Tata moters charge Rs 250 of fitting charge of a part that cost only Rs 110![[cry]](https://www.theautomotiveindia.com/forums/images/smilies/Cry.gif "Cry [cry]")

Update
Last weekend i drive my nano to market that is less then 1km from home, after reaching market it starts giving engine overheat buzzer & light in dashboard. i have done engine off & wait for 10 min then started engine again & this time engine over heat warning is not there but malfunction light is still on. Engine runs like spark plugs not working properly & also AC stops working somehow i manage to reach home & check coolant & not found any issue. then take my nano to TASS that is 2km away & they check & told me that cooling fans not working & they will check & let me know the issue. next day i got my nano back with 3 parts replaced.
1. Coolant temp. sensor that starts cooling fan
2. spark plug leads

My nano completed 17k kms, had an accident in Nov 2017. A untrained Ertiga driver hit my nano on front driver side. surprisingly after accident nano is in condition that i am able to drive it to service center while Ertiga is not able to move a inch.At the time of accident my speed is around 10km/h so there is no injury to any of passengers. Ertiga driver try to flee but his car not support him. total repair code is 22k (ertiga owner give 15k cash & i got repaired my nano by insurance so i manage to save around 12k, as total cost that i pay in Rs:1200 + 1900 for one head light of new shape as insurance company approve only 1 light that is broken ). repair quality of Aristo moters (TASS) is pathetic & i have to revisit at least 7-8 time to get car repaired properly. now nano running fine.

We also own a 2010 Oct nano LX. Few months ago when my dad was driving careless guy driving a swift nudged our Nano s bumper while taking a turn. We managed to fix the bumper back but there is a pretty big dent for which Tata says we have to change the entire bumper. Do u have any idea of the repair costs and do you know some good fng for repairs ?

Let me answer this, as the bumper is made of plastic, go to any denter/painter FNG, a little bit of heat from behind can straighten it, a bike had hit my bumper, and this is what was done for Rs.50/-
If the bumper is broken i.e split/cracked in 2 from any corner then from an FNG it can be stitched back and then you may get the same repainted. If the bumper is simply pressed by pressure of the other car then do try what Vinod Sir above mentioned.

My nano completed 27K kms & running without any issue, replaced front tyre as they started showing cracks due to aging. set of 2 tyre cost me Rs 3400. Now planning servicing of car at local mechanic near to home as ordered all necessary parts online from a app, last service experience at TASS is not good, parts code around 1800 & service cost is 5400 so that is much more than expected. genuine TATA parts - Oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, 2 spark plugs, AC cabin filter is ordered. for engine oil & coolant i am not sure which one to buy, if anyone can suggest that its really helpful to me.
