The car had valeo brand alternator in it.
No idea what make is the replacement.
If tvs i would be happy.. served almost all my cars and serviceable .

Updating this thread almost more than yeah and a half.
After the alternator replacement , no single issues in the car . Just regular oil service done one and next is due this march mid week.
the odo is near 44000kms.
in the last 9 months i drove her just once , that too to pick up my manza that was at washing though i see her daily!!...
i am busy driving my VX than this aqua.
Will be doing the regular service myself may be this weekend!!

Almost 4.5 years later !!!
The car is performing well. A year back tyres were replaced with JK .
Clutch slave cylinder gave up in middle of a trip. however gears were shiftable with almost a dead clutch kind of .
cost was approx 2000/- and additional labour to correct it at FNG.
Last year i guess it must be least running. Just 5K in one year.

. Car is still shining except the scars in usage.
Two of the heater plugs were replaced about 1.5 years ago.
Clutch was replaced 2 years ago. Suspension were changed 1 year ago along with all the bushes etc.
