Ok. Harrier launched with dual tone paint to give tough fight against hector [cry]. I think tata management is unaware of the hype and bookings created by hector. God save tata motors.

Where is the announced microsoft partnership for connected cars?
Where is the esim orders given to bsnl?
Where is the online features /specification configurator ?
No automatic variants, no petrol variants.
They planned a comeback with 2 new platforms, but they didnt planned properly to launch multiple fuel type engines and automatics [frustration]
Now tatamotors sales are declining rapidly than any other manufacturer. They neglected updating nexon with features, neglected hexa and now they are ont he way to neglect harrier.

I lost my belief in tata motors; they might repeat the 2011-2014 period of tatamotors.

True, they are a bit slow considering the market scenario, but take in mind that they're already having a handful of cars in the planning, in addition to the BS6 upgrades of the existing models. The Harrier automatic could be in the final stages of testing, maybe also an xz+ could be in the making. No idea about the petrol though. And nexon is soon to receive more features including cruise control and something else. Let's wait and watch what happens.

Seven-seat Tata Harrier to replace Hexa

zer.ashx?n=http%3a%2f%2fcdni.autocarindia.com%2fExtraImages%2f20190703123026_Tata-Harrier-7-seat.jpg

The seven-seater Tata Harrier, or the Buzzard, as it was previewed at the Geneva Motor Show 2019, has been one of the highly awaited models from the carmaker and is scheduled for launch in early 2020. But in addition to expanding the Harrier range, the model will also replace the Tata Hexa, which will bow out as a result of the shift to the more stringent BS6 emission norms.

Just like the five-seat version, the seven-seat Harrier will be based on Land Rover’s D8 platform (which also underpins the Discovery Sport). The seven-seat version will have a 62mm longer rear overhang to accommodate a third row of seats.

Dual-Tone Tata Harrier Reaches Showroom, Looks More Stylish

tata-harrier-dual-tone-1068x496.jpeg

The dual-tone paint scheme is available in two options – black roof with Orcus White and black roof with Calisto Copper. As seen in our image, the Harrier looks dapper in the white-black combo, which enhances the modern design of the vehicle.

Tata Motors rolls out free improvements for the Harrier

harrier-improvements.jpg

The Tata Harrier is the current sales leader in its segment toppling the likes of the Mahindra XUV500 and the Jeep Compass to attain this spot. Launched on the 23rd of January this month, the demand for this all-new SUV by Tata is such that waiting periods in some cities have crossed the three-month mark. Now since a few days, reports about Tata issuing updates for the Harrier have been doing rounds of the internet. To let you know, quite a few Harrier SUVs were reportedly having several minor issues which hampered the overall customer satisfaction and for the same, Tata seems to have rolled out a few updates for the Harrier.

Tata Motors calls reports about Hexa’s discontinuation as ‘purely speculative’

Just last week, news about Tata Motors discontinuing the Hexa luxury crossover, and replacing it with the 7 seater version of the Harrier – called the Cassini – set the internet abuzz. Now though, Tata Motors has released a statement about such reports, calling them purely speculative and that there is no official word from it regarding the Hexa’s discontinuation.

Here’s what Tata Motors’ statement reads like,

Hexa is a product we are extremely proud of as it encapsulated the cream of our Engineering prowess and Styling skills. The love and passion of Hexa owners towards the car is invaluable for us, as it endorses the sheer multifaceted performance of the car. The recent articles on the discontinuation of the product are purely speculative and no official statement on the same has been issued by Tata Motors. However, we would like to clarify that each and every Hexa customer is important to us and we are firmly looking at expanding the HEXA brotherhood.

Tata Harrier top-speed tested: Doing 180 km/h on video

Tata Harrier has become the best-selling model in the segment after it was introduced in the Indian market earlier this year. The Tata Harrier has a massive road presence, thanks to its new-age design. Also, the Harrier has just the right amount of power to keep you ahead in the city traffic while ensuring quick overtakes on the highways. But how fast it is? Well, here is a video that shows the top-speed of the car.

Liked the rear quarter more in this color combo. Absolutely stunning in this red black dual tone version. Tata should have launched this in first place.

With phased launch with new color choice , automatic or more features as tatamotors say, it actually wont help them. By that time interest would be lost to such wonderful products and people wont care about new feature additions. Tata should really do much better job in planning altroz launch and should provide good color choices, automatics, features by launch itself

Second picture is a Photoshop effort on original LR Disco Sport official image.
Most people will like the extra bling on the face of Hector and Seltos than just black plastics on the Harrier. People here love chrome.

tata-harrier-sunroof.jpg

For those who’ve wanted a sunroof on Tata harrier, the wait is now over. There are accessories, and then there are accessories. While a detailed price list is not available rightaway, Tata harrier with sunroof fitment is now approved by the company and will soon be launched.

What a joke of a sunroof is that? 2'×8" wide.
Indian mfr will go to any level just to have an accessory.

If sunroof is a need, then nothing can beat a panoramic roof - it makes the car look spacious too. Sun roof is more to make a statement the car has sun roof. I have seen the #Hector roof & its really nice to have the light flowing in the cabin

Tata could have given panoramic to #harrier (like RR), they always do in tids/pieces, half-hearted. Not sure if there was a structural issue that they encountered with panoramic
