has anyone gone through the power to weight ratio of bolt, its the least when compared with its contenders here. I am a Die hard fan of TATA but this just concerns me.

You need to worry about it if you plan to run for a rally. For day to day stop-go and highway drives it is quite decent and does match up to the competition. So that's not a matter of much concern

. It should not feel as sluggish as the Punto on the traffic signals and that's sufficient. I don't think BOLT-ZEST will not let you down there.

and also just by those mere numbers some cars may win. But what about the build quality. Look at very pale sheet metal like hyundai's and maruti's (just to reduce weight is it fine to reduce the guage of sheet metal???) when compared to the likes of VW, Fiat and Tatas. Which one do you choose?

TATA cars are leaning more towards European feel, We will see all new next generation cars to be very German like. Its pretty evident from interior design language.

Tata's sheet metal are thinner than Hyundai and Maruti. They bend quite a bit more when I tested with my thumb.

I strongly oppose you here. THis is the first time I am hearing!!! Tatas and Mahindras use good amount of sheet metal and hence more weight in cars. Thats proven by weight of car's.

No, You can jump on bonnet of Tata car. Very heavy to lift with one hand. Bonnet/Hatch Door/Bumpers, TATA does not compromise on these 3 body parts.

Also thicker glass, that's why less tire noise enters cabin compared to competition. Swift has thinnest window glass.

I am talking about the Zest, guys. I mean no offense, in fact I admire the Zest. But only the fact that I felt disappointed that all the metal panels are quite very flexible and thin and can be easily bent by pressing a thumb. Compared to my 2002 Indica and 2012 Ertiga, the Zest sheet metal feels weaker; and I include even the bonnet metal in this case. I hope they have made it deliberately, maybe some kind of safety?
The kerb weight of Tata cars is due to the chassis materials, additional crash-beams in doors and up-front and heftier interior parts.

I feel sorry for such an effort from CNB on putting up a biased review[sleep]
Everything can be accepted but at the end of the video they said "Seats lack under thigh support, seat back angle poor, not comfy"..!!
